Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers exceptionally spacious rooms, which was superb after the time lag influence from an international flight. However, the rooms are aging, a little worn, and not very clean in some areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from the rooms was superb, but I noticed some peeling in the room, which was a bit disappointing. The service was generally friendly and professional, but there was a slight issue regarding breakfast accommodation. The location is convenient for exploring the Bund area, but there were some unexpected additional charges related to seating. The dining offered flavorful dishes but lacked consistency. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks.
